The Committee on Health Care recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill to amend article 14 of the Law “On emergency medical care” (re budgetary funding)

The bill (Reg. No. 2102) suggests in the part one of article 14 of the Law “On emergency medical care” replace the words “budgets of regions, the city of Kyiv and Sevastopol” with “regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol”.

It was noted that adoption of the bill will allow considering terminology of the Budget Code and the practice of use of its provisions while implementing the Law “On emergency medical care”.
